Refunds
We do not offer any refund or exchange for any food items.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Subscription plan. You can cancel it online anytime until it is time for renewal.
- If you have not lost at least 10% of your body weight by the end of your VFWMC Year and meet the criteria for our Results Guarantee (including following the VFWMC Commitment as outlined in the Results Guarantee), you may request a refund minus the $150 for your Initial Comprehensive Visit Assessment. Read more about the Results Guarantee here. This 10% Weight Loss Guarantee only applies to our One-Year Subscription Plan.
- If you have not lost any weight in 60 days while following our VFWMC medical weight and meeting the criteria for our Results Guarantee, you may request a refund minus the $150 for your Initial Comprehensive Visit Assessment. Read more about the Results Guarantee here.
