Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) Features

VLCD program is designed for people who are at least 18 years of age and have BMI > 30 or >27 with co-morbid conditions.

    Protein consumption of 1.2-1.5 grams per kilogram supports positive nitrogen balance and maintenance of lean muscle mass in VLCD

    Weekly monitoring; monthly labs, and medical supervision for 800 caloires, full ketogenic program.

    Weight loss of 2-4 lbs. per week is expected. Substantial improvement in metabolic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension in 12 weeks.

  • Structured Plan
